Reporting into Head TA, you will be responsible to lead Campus Recruitment for Technology Pan India - Managing recruitment selection process for target campuses and universities end to end - Overseeing internship program end to end including recruitment strategy, selection and interview - Career guidance and counselling and managing all the processes with Campuses - Employer branding initiatives As a successful candidate you should have : - 10-15 years of extensive experience in talent acquisition with excellent exposure to campus recruitment - Understanding of the Technology space and good campus relations - Premier B school background
