AVP - VC Fundraising/M&A Advisory - TMT Sector

Technology background is a plus (MBA + BE). 7+ years of relevant experience

- M&A Advisory

- Investment Deals

- Fund raising

- TMT Sector (technology)

Work on fund raising mandates primarily in the Technology space - typically Series B and beyond deals.

The candidate is expected to have done investment banking deals, of which some of them should be in fund raising. He should be familiar with the fund raising process.

While technology deal experience is not a must, comfort with the technology industry is a must.
