AVP - User Engagement - Startup (8-15 yrs)
The AVP User Engagement is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase user engagement and retention across the company's digital platforms. This role will lead a team of community managers and oversee the development and execution of marketing communications campaigns, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. The AVP will also be responsible for implementing marketing automation strategies to streamline communication and drive user acquisition and retention. In addition to managing the community and marketing efforts, the AVP will also oversee a customer success team, ensuring that paid customers are successful in achieving their goals with our products.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in B2C technology companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase user engagement and retention across digital platforms
- Lead a team of community managers and oversee the development and execution of marketing communications campaigns
- Implement marketing automation strategies to streamline communication and drive user acquisition and retention
- Analyse user journey and improve the conversion funnel from registration rate, uninstall rate to subscription rate.
- Monitor and analyse metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user engagement efforts are aligned with overall business goals
- Manage a customer success team, ensuring that paid customers are successful in achieving their goals with our products
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in user engagement and retention
