AVP - Underwriting - Information Technology Project - Health Insurance

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Information Technology Project as technology owner for underwriting, you will be responsible for managing the platform evolutions in discussion with Insurance-Technical & Product Business Functions, for defining and designing the required changes/solution, and for coordinating with various Operational teams and other relevant stakeholders (e.g. Compliance, Retail, Corporate, Medical & health, Claims, CRM, Digital Channels, Health Insurance Products etc.) to successfully implement them. You will also facilitate in existing portfolio of Product Servicing, Enhancing, New Products Launch, Issues pertaining to incentives, bonuses, re-insurance, collaborating with other functions to automate and coordinate for new features as per digital transformational journey of Company.

- End to end technology ownership for the platform in driving the intended business outcomes.

- Ownership on the data processed by operations and business units is curated fully for the enterprise

- Building the solid compliance, security and regulatory framework on the technology platform

Good to have:

- Several years of experience with TCS BANCS insurance implementations, ideally at different customers.

- Deep understanding of how BaNCS insurance product, was used to provide solutions for other customers.

- Good business knowledge in the Underwriting Operations

- Additional business or technical knowledge in interrelated domains in Health Insurance Industry is added Advantage
