- Raising debt as per funding requirement from Banks, Financial institutions, Mutual funds etc.
- Preparation of financial projections and model, Information memorandum, presentations; industry comparison on regular interval basis to the management
- Independently lead transactions execution, strategies to reduce cost of funds and diversify through lenders and instruments
- Draw up and critically analyze financials and cash flow forecasts, asset liability mismatches; managing statutory audit and financial disclosures, managing relationships with rating agencies
