AVP - Treasury - NBFC (5-12 yrs)
- To liaison with all banks and financial institutions (for all existing and new proposals)
- To prepare CMA and other proposal related details
- To coordinate with legal and treasury operation departments and ensure completion of all loan agreements, security documents and other documents in connection with proposals
- To ensure compliance with all pre and post disbursal conditions in connection with proposals
- To review daily cash flow, ensure completeness
- To facilitate drawdown of funds
- Representation to banks on rate reset, rate reduction
- Cordial relationship with Banks
- Cordial relationship with intra-departments (legal, finance, treasury operations)
- Cordial relationship with team member
- Back up for team member whenever required
