AVP - Transfer Agency - Investment Banking

Our client is a leading international organization in the Investment Banking space looking for an experienced AVP level individual to lead their Transfer Agency team for their team management experience.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Being a key contributor to the Operations Management team

- Lead projects within the transfer agency department and ensure day to day deliverables are met

- Provide leadership, training and development to a team.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- At least 10 years of experience in the fund administration industry & 4 years of team management experience

- Extensive transfer agency experience as well as in managing sizeable teams

- The ability to lead and develop a team as well as work effectively with senior management levels

- Strong communication and presentation skills and experience in working directly with clients
