AVP - Transaction Monitoring/Financial Crime Compliance - BFS (10-15 yrs)
- Create the Group Level Surveillance/ Transaction Monitoring Program covering the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC).
- Strengthen the Infrastructure capabilities (both Systems and People) at the Group Level, on an ongoing basis, to identify, assess and mitigate the risks associated
- Get the rules tested and reviewed for its effectiveness, operational efficiency, and optimum performance levels.
- Design, Implement and Review the necessary Training & Awareness Plan around Surveillance/Transaction Monitoring
- Create and maintain a program to guarantee surveillance resources are continuously updated on emerging financial crime trends & scenarios.
- Design and Implement a systemically driven Continuous Improvement Program(CIP) to warrant processes remain effective
- Analyze and assess operational procedures and processes from other teams to understand the tools and processes utilized to support corresponding businesses, adapting the Surveillance program where appropriate
- Management of the Manpower across the team to ensure coverage is in place from a surveillance perspective
- Manage new projects initiated by the Surveillance Unit and actively be part of other Projects that may pertain to the wider group FCC function
