Primary Responsibilities:
- To build organizational effectiveness through various training interventions related to Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Planning, Succession Planning
- You shall be responsible for providing expertise in planning, execution of Employee Development programs
- Planning of all Training Programs- Behavioral, technical etc
- Create and execute the Training Framework and be responsible for ROI
- Ability to translate business strategies into training and performance improvement plans
- Ability to create/develop program content based on requirements
- Prior experience of working in a IT/BPO L&D environment
- Knowledge and understanding of end to end training cycle
- Sound written / oral communication skills, conceptual and analytical skills
