AVP- Training( 6 months contract)-with Investment Bank- Pune Overall Job Purpose To support and work closely with the Global BI Lead and business stakeholders to drive and deliver the overall strategy for mandatory training across&nbsp; 1. To support and work closely with the Global BI Lead and business stakeholders on other key strategic projects. 2. Responsible for a 4-member Senior Analyst team to supporting the UK, US, APAC and EMEA regions on key BI projects. Key Accountabilities -&nbsp; Strategic Projects (40%) - Execution of key strategic and regulatory mandatory training roll-outs across UK,, US and APAC/EMEA. - Manage annual and quarterly forward planning calendars, recommending content consolidation and improvements as appropriate. - Support the Global BI Lead to maintain an effective global governance and control framework. - Carrying out impact analysis of different learning offerings whilst focusing on coverage of the targeted population. - Lead Initiatives to improve and automate processes to minimize errors and reduce effort Stakeholder Management and Leadership (30%) - Team Management (4 FTE) - Establish stakeholder engagements and understand their business requirements to develop and deliver value added learning information. - Provide analysis and insights explaining trends, outliers, peaks and troughs in learning data for ideation and implementation of future learning engagements. Management Information and Reporting (30%) - Help ensure delivery of standardised MI packs to agreed stakeholders whilst adhering to completeness, accuracy and timeliness principles. - Undertake extensive analysis to understand various businesses and geographies so as to suggest consistent, accurate and actionable insights. - Proven experience of team management and global stakeholder management in the Leadership &amp; Learning oriented role. - Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex issues to a wide range of stakeholders - Proven track record of overall coordination of virtual teams and cross functional groups - Proven process and systems understanding - Ability to challenge and to be innovative - Ability to plan, organise and deliver projects independently and with teams.
