- Driving New Advisor Activity and Productivity across zones through data, analytics and opportunity buckets.
- Taking initiatives for distribution development and Trainer Capability Development.
- Creativity in approach, agile towards learning requirement and meeting dynamic learning needs.
- Creating a culture of learning and supporting learning for better engagement and productivity enhancement.
- Training Need Analysis and business learning needs and converting them to learning plan.
- Exploring learning tie-ups with vendors and consultants for effective utilization of learning material.
- Executing learning analytics to track effectiveness of learning initiatives & deriving ROI and developing TNA for developing learning framework and models.
- Demonstrating dynamic leadership in stakeholder management and team development.
- Organizing training programs, internal / external certification programs.
- Managing training budget, costing and vendor payouts and setting up audit mechanism.
