Role and Responsibilities: The role requires a Leader with an extensive experience of in Training Function with a Passion in developing People. Person should have Deep conceptual understanding of training and learning strategies, Deep sense of accountability and desire to create a learning organization , Must take personal ownership and ensure results even on occasions where hands - on resources may seem inadequate. Primary Goal of the role is to enable the organization by building a world class training Function upholding 3i's Values. It encompasses contribution both at a strategic level as well as operational level. - Define L&D strategy for the BPS division - Assess capability gaps and devise strategy and operational processes to bridge those gaps - Works closely with global organization to ensure alignment with global best practices. Overcomes resistance and ensures smooth implementation. - Works closely with business leaders and shows relentless focus. - Planning training projects as per requirement based on business requirements in consultations with functional leaders, develop strategies and initiatives to upskill cross-skill employees - Monitor and evaluate training programs, assess results, implement enhancements provide recommendations for training program effectiveness, Monitor as to how effectively learning has been transferred to employees - Influence leaders and stakeholders at the senior level; demonstrate effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence in all directions and at all levels. - Design and implement LD programs; produce instructional materials and performance support materials (such as job aids); design evaluation methods to determine impact of program. - Assist in implementing the annual needs analysis to determine the LD skills needed for stakeholders in the region. - Create and implement effective change management processes. - Collect, analyze, and report to stakeholders meaningful LD metrics. - Deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment. - Designing blended learning solutions - Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes - Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development - Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmes - Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD) - Facilitating learning interventions - Creating a coaching culture in the organisation Requisites to lead the role - Passionate: Be Passionate about bringing transformation in People skill - Thought Leader: Be a thought leader in Training Vertical and build Practice capabilities which stands out in the Market - Tech Savvy: Should be willing to learn and Implement Technology that will help in improving Training function and Brand visibility from a Capability Perspective. - Team Leader & Result-Driven: Able to drive a team of to deliver results & Proven ability to consistently achieve targets. Desired Skill - International assignment; experience working in a different Sales Processes and Customer service ( Voice and Non Voice), Proven track record in defining training program, design, facilitation and evaluation for both Voice and Non-Voice Processes - Cross functional experience in an area outside of training and development. - Familiarity with business, financial and process improvement tools, concepts and methodologies. - Experience working in a Contact center environment. - Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design. - Program management skills, including managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track. - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. - Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions. organizational development, or equivalent experience. BPO Vertical Experience: Having experience in Training division for sales and Customer service process in the BPO industry vertical. Should be currently working in the capacity of a Senior Manager / AVP L&D in a Global MNC. Additional Information: Bachelor's degree with an MBA.
