Role: This global opportunity is for high caliber, motivated, proactive and detail oriented Test Manager with good understanding of testing the Banking and Global Market systems to drive the test execution end to end for multiple geographies following the best practices in the industry.
The role will include significant interaction with different countries/sites Business Users to understand processes, current issues/challenges and requirements to interpret possible system changes and plan test scope, test requirements. Successful candidate will drive end to end test management in coordination with IT teams located in different geographies and global Project/Program manage
Desired Skills and knowledge:
- Capability as a Test Manager (minimum 6+ years)
- Experience in test planning and strategies
- Very Strong SDLC knowledge and demonstrable experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Test management experience - RAID, planning must be v. strong
