- Relationship : Will be responsible to maintain relationship with the Partner HO that will enable the sales teams to drive the numbers.

- Digital Initiatives : The candidate must have knowledge in Digital sales process in Direct marketing, he should also take initiatives towards development of Digital roadmap for the vertical.

- Market Share : Will be responsible for the delivery of Market share in the Virtual channels across the calling units
