AVP - Technical Partner (CTC - 26 to 32 Lakhs PA) - Base Location: Chennai (Requires travel to Middle East)   KRA:   - Delivery Impact (Specially of QA+ and New Services) - 40%   - Conversion accountability for Digital Transformation services and development service lines in existing accounts - 30%   - Employee WoW (including attracting and retaining talent) - 20%   - Margin management - 10%   QA + and New Services competencies: New Services - Block 1   - T24 - development, implementation & Customization   - Finnacle/Flexcube/Mysis Equation-Bankfusion - development, implementation & customization   - Digital development services across a wide range of web and mobile platforms be it Greenfield   - Development or maintenance of existing application platforms.   New Services - Block 2   - Implement Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to adapt to the dynamic, iterative needs of digital application development.   - Custom Development across the entire spectrum of enterprise mobility ranging from UI/UX Design, development, code migration and support   - Implement and integrate leading digital platforms - Omni channel, Customer experience systems, Online portals   QA+ - Block 1   - API testing   - Digital QA   - ETL testing / Data Migration / Data cleansing   QA+ - Block 2   - Environment optimization and management   - Automation of release and deployment   - Dev Ops   Background and Experience:   - Strong Technical delivery grounding - with demonstrated delivery experience in some of both, Block 1 & 2 QA+ / New Services areas   - Below 40 yrs - Approx. 12-15 years of experience   - IT Service Provider background (not captive or end-user)   - BFS domain should be at least 5 yrs in the last 10 years of experience   - Should have played client facing independent project and program management with at least 25+ member team   - Ability to lead first one or two levels of new conversations with decision makes in Digital arena and QA+ areas.   - Open to short and frequent travel   Nice to have :   - Dedicated QA experience (incl. NFT)   - Middle East Regional experience   - Understanding of any of the Omni channel and portal platforms.   - Should have carried some conversion accountability in the past
