Position Summary:

- The Technical Partner will be responsible for achieving delivery excellence along with keeping the delivery team most impactful and satisfied. He/She will be solely responsible for providing all the directions and support for service delivery. He/She will work closely and directly with the clients to understand their technological and operational requirements and objectives which will help him/her in planning the process accordingly and should focus on converting the opportunities and managing the client relationship and project margins efficiently.

- The Technical Partner would drive reduction of the BAU QA costs while radically improving the impact by demonstrating highly integrated / automated Quality Engineering approach for new programs. He / She should be able to lead solutioning, development and delivery of assurance strategies; drive script-less automation, initiate optimization of efforts etc. He / She need to participate in driving assurance to the next level.

Competencies:

Technical: (some of the below)

- Should have managed assurance in different technologies and across lifecycle

- Service Virtualization, API Testing, Extreme Automation

- Experience in multiple tools - Cucumber, Gherkin, Jasmin, Sonarcube, SOAPUI, Groovy, Perfecto, Appium, Jmeter, Topaz, ARD, Selenuium, Tosca, Eggplant, CA agile central, etc

- Lead assurance strategy and execution across different projects

- Understanding of SDET, TDD (SDE -1), BDD (Techno Functional), Shift Left Strategy

- Understanding of Devops, CI/CD

- Performance Engineering

Non-Technical: (some of the below)

- IT Project/Program Delivery and People Management experience

- Experience of handling a large delivery teams

- Experience working in Banking projects

- Dedicated QA experience
