Designation : AVP-Taxation

Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Experience : Minimum 7 years

Location : Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

- Required experience in indirect tax compliance.

- Have to manage indirect tax related balance sheet accounts

- Person has to manage of Service tax audit and VAT Assessments including review of all substantive written submissions

- Provide transactional support on new products and in business development to other departments (marketing, finance, IT etc.)

- Required experience in RBI Norms & end to end assistance (from tax perspective) in various audit viz. Statutory Audit, Limited Reviews, Quarterly Internal Audits, CAG Audit, RBI Audit etc.

- Supervision of process of preparation of monthly Cenvat credit register (ensuring compliance to eligibility criteria set in Cenvat Credit Rules) and related coordination work such as arranging data, invoices, agreements, payment dates etc.

- Provide advice to the customers on various matters such as tax implications on various.

- Preparation and review of reconciliations on taxes periodically and ensure integrity, completeness and accuracy in account reconciliation process

- Repository of litigation files and collation of documents required for litigation (exhaustive efforts on account of ageing data)

- Tax vetting of agreements, contracts, proposals, invoices and other misc. communications

- Management of tax refunds / demands

Qualifications/Requirements :

- CA with 7-8 years- experience in Taxation (US & India) in large company or Multinational Companies.

- Experience in working effectively with cross functional teams and within prescribed time

- Experience required in dealing RBI Norms.

- Must have work experience in BFSI sector.
