AVP - Talent Management & Learning & Development - Insurance (8-14 yrs)

- Responsible for designing the talent management framework and drive the execute for the same.
- Plan, strategize and lead projects on succession planning and talent development for critical roles and high potential talent.
- Independently liason with leadership and managerial level to identify training needs and design solutions to bridge the gaps.
- Spearhead the L&D function, design framework for the training modules & projects and revamp the existing ones wherever required.
- Responsible for cost optimization for effective talent management and talent development initiatives.
- Experience : 8-14 years.
- Preferred talent with relevant certification on OD, L&D and Talent Management.
- Strong blend of strategic and execution mindset.
- Ability to independently manage end to end projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build good relationships and partnerships with key influencers across the organisation.
- Ability to adapt to the changing need of the hyper-growth organisation environment.
