Our client is a growing domestic bank based in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide operations support to the Talent Acquisition team which helps in a smooth onboarding process for the new employees.
- Responsible for background verification and managing the dashboard.
- Liaison with vendors for the entire onboarding process.
- Provide a superlative onboarding experience to the talent.
- Ensure compliance in risk management practices is maintained.
- Manage stakeholders on both the business side as well as the HR Operations team.
Preferred Candidate:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to ideate and deliver.
