AVP - Talent Acquisition - Leadership Hiring - NBFC

Our client is one the biggest & fastest goring company in the non banking financial space in India right now. They are looking for an AVP Talent Acquisition who would be handling TA end to end primarily for leadership hiring.

Present in more than 21 states in India, our client is one of the fastest growing non-banking financial company operating into 5 different lines of businesses at the moment. As a part of their growth trajectory, they are recruiting for an AVP TA based out of their office in Delhi.

Description :

Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities will include :

- Build strong pipeline for talent through market understanding and foreseeing the business requirements across India while liaising directly with the hiring managers

- Developing new and innovative methods to attract the best talent

- Review the recruitment process for the organisation and identify areas of improvement to create higher impact

- Lead data analytics on all recruitment parameters and utilise the insights for process enhancements

- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organisation and create a strong succession planning pool

- Explore different sources of recruitment to optimise recruitment costs

Profile :

- You should have an exceptionally strong 8-10 years of recruitment experience predominantly in leadership hiring

- Should have handled end to end recruitment process along with strong team management skills across all functional teams

- Must have the experience of working with multiple stakeholders, matrix organisation and a fast paced environment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is mandatory

- Should be a problem solver, seen global stakeholder management and come with excellent technology knowledge
