Designation : Assistant Vice President Role : Talent Acquisition Location: Gurugram (Leadership Hiring) and Chandigarh ( front line Hiring) Two positions CTC: Up to 27 lacs - This is a leadership position and the candidate will manage multiple locations for front line and management hiring. - The Talent Acquisition AVP manages the recruitment teams and crafts effective sourcing / selection strategies for hiring candidates on various positions ranging from entry level to executive level. - Candidate should have experience in hiring bulk resources/leadership Hiring for a BPO / ITES Company.
