AVP - Talent Acquisition - Leadership Hiring (8-15 yrs)

- Collaborate with the Executive Search & Intelligence Partners to build trusted relationships with Executive Hiring Managers and HR Advisors to understand specific position requirements with a focus on the knowledge, skills & leadership abilities required

- Support tactical recruitment activity by identifying pools of internal and external talent primarily at Director and Managing Director levels, using advanced market mapping and competitor intelligence gathering techniques, to be considered for active executive talent positions. Provide research support for other grades depending on capacity.

- Strategically support future executive talent succession needs by building and maintaining maps and data of passive candidates in priority disciplines and markets for medium to long term engagement on future employment opportunities

- Conduct outreach and effective screening of prospective candidates in line with the talent brief, company standards and regulatory requirements to assist with assessment for current and future positions

- Research and summarise high quality market intelligence reports to provide insights on the competitor landscape that assist data driven talent decisions by senior business leaders (e.g. competitor organisational structures and executive role scopes, diversity maps, compensation and benefits data, market trends etc.)

- Build and maintain accurate market and target candidate information in CRM system (Avature) through a consistent communication strategy with a pipelined network of prospects

- Work to meet an agreed set of key performance indicators tied to the speed, accuracy and success of the Executive Search and Intelligence function to demonstrate clear ROI and value that the team can provide to secure high quality executive talent for the franchise

- Be an active member of the talent acquisition research community across Asia, EMEA and The Americas at by sharing market information and sourcing best practice and innovation to help develop the intelligence capability across the franchise

- Lead and participate in regional and global continuous improvement initiatives as required related to Executive and lateral recruitment to support the ongoing transformation of the TA function in Asia
