- Our client is a listed firm and one of the biggest firms in IT sector with a strong presence in India. With fast paced expansion in sight, they are looking to strengthen their Talent Acquisition team in India and are looking for a TA Lead candidate for the biggest BU with both strategic and execution-oriented expertise.

Reporting into the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will be managing a team of 15-20 reports and will be responsible for:

- Creating, shaping, and implementing end to end recruitment process (sourcing till on-boarding) which aligns with the business strategies

- Hiring around 500 people in a quarter for IT professionals (majorly Java amongst others) within the BFSI business unit of the client

- Building recruitment strategies including mapping talent and pipeline management, sourcing techniques, bulk hiring management and take them to execution

- Developing strategies to ensure smooth project execution with the business

- Managing KPIs, vendors, SLAs and deliver numbers. The person will be accountable for delivering the numbers given at the start of the quarter

- Ensuring strong hiring funnel and pipeline to address need of both new and replacement hiring throughout the year

- Being an advisor while working very closely with the stakeholders to understand the requirements well along with sharing market insights to improve quality and TAT

- Working closely with the team internally on salary benchmarking thereby leading to appropriate retention of talent

- Working with the team to develop strong recruitment capabilities in people and system overall

- Candidates with 13-20 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition space with an experience in IT services hiring are a must

- Candidates from only IT/IT services companies should apply

- Strategic TA professional who can get the engine running smoothly, understand the requirements well, has handled volume hiring is a must

- Proven track record of innovative Talent Acquisition management in a manufacturing and engineering industry

- Adept at mapping talent and creating strong talent pipeline

- Superior people development skills and robust stakeholder management skills

- Proficient in written, verbal communication and presentation skills with great attention to detail

- Advanced ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under pressure

- Advanced ability to solve problems efficiently and creatively
