Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business leadership in developing the strategic approach for the talent acquisition (TA) function and addressing the key recruitment challenges.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle with a team of TA leads and recruiters in sourcing, assessing and resource fulfilment of various on-going projects.
- Build and execute a strategy for fulfilling the regional hiring demands while leading and developing a passionate team of recruiters dedicated to optimizing the candidate experience and becoming an employer of choice.
- Deliver on headcount goals for India - Gather market intelligence on talent, competitor landscape, and regional recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to TA Leads.
- Implementing hiring dashboards and supporting analytically-driven practices to optimize performance.
- Enhance efficiencies in current and new recruiting processes and systems.
- Implement and maintain governance around structured, bias-free interviewing and partner with senior leadership to drive consistency and quality.
- Drive initiatives on employer branding to develop a compelling employee value proposition, based on specific business needs and challenges and to attract the right talent.
- Leverage data and analytics to make decisions and to influence senior business leaders.
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience (including 6 years of leadership experience) in the talent acquisition function within the IT services space across locations.
- Experience in scaling up a team up to 1500 - 2000 resource.
- Experience in handling the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and multi-locational hiring.
- Experience in working with business leadership on building annual recruitment plans and budgets.
- Demonstrated track record of working with executive teams on capacity planning, recruiting strategy, delivery and data driven decision making.
- Track record of leading a team to strong performance and growing teams
- Exposure and understanding of the most current recruiting and sourcing tools and strategies
- Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.

- Strong business acumen - understanding of the IT services business environment and challenges.
