- Work closely with the Hiring Managers to understand talent requirements.
- Managing the end to end recruitment Life-cycle (Investment Banking)
- Establish and maintain an excellent relationship with the Leadership team.
- Improve the overall team capability/ performance through driving transformative strategies and projects
- Nurturing client relationship and developing trust and confidence with seamless delivery.
- Become trusted advisors for the hiring managers and candidates, .
- Keeping track of all on-going positions, weekly dashboards, suggesting measures for improvement.
- Solicit and document hiring manager feedback throughout the interview process.
- Effective Candidate Management, offer roll out, coordination and successful on boarding.
- Prepare job description, incisive candidate reports and progress reports.
- Meet the process, time and quality guidelines.
- Motivating Team Members for better performance and successful completion of targets.
