AVP - Talent Acquisition - Home Finance (10-15 yrs)
Talent Acquisition: Responsible for the qualitative & timely recruitment for the BU across India and till mid senior management position. Involved in recruitment for the ramp up of the new project locations and other key positions. Create and execute various recruiting strategies designed to meet the needs of assigned lines of business as well as to maintain an active pipeline of candidates
Manpower Planning: Involved in building a Business Unit on basis of project wise evaluation in terms of manpower requirement, costing and employee utilization. Conducting Skill Mapping and Competency mapping to fill up the identified gaps.
- Handle the team of 10 talent acquisition experts
- Prepare the action plan for hiring (Monthly, Quarterly, Biannually and Annually)
- Source the right candidate via Succession Planning, Portal like Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs, LinkedIn, Google, Facebook etc., Employee Referral, IJP- s, Professional Networking and Headhunting etc.
- Conduct the interview via various feasible models and assess the appropriate candidate as per the JD and DNA of the organization
- To do effective negotiation with the candidate and ensure their joining.
- Conduct various Engagement activities for Senior Level candidates before joining to reduce drop out ratio.
- Maintain the talent pool of prospective candidates for future opportunities
- Brainstorm and benchmark the best talent acquisition trend in the industry and drive the plan of action to implement it
- Look out for various ways to improve the talent acquisition process to bring more efficiency
- Prepare the talent acquisition matrix and review presentations to keep the management updated about the pulse of the function
