AVP - Talent Acquisition - Financial Services Firm - IIM/XLRI/IMT (9-13 yrs)
Job Title: Assistant Vice President HR for Financial services
Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive overall talent acquisition agenda for the business vertical while individually manage all leadership hiring for that business.
2. Define a robust talent acquisition strategy & drive the Leadership hiring for one of the business verticals and drive its efficient implementation.
3. Expand the scope of talent sourcing from the vendor and walk-in channels by developing alternate channels like referrals and social media.
4. Mentor & Coach respective TA Managers at the respective regions on all the policy & process changes in the function.
Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.
5. Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
6. Develop the relationship with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
Requirements :
- Graduate/Post graduate from a reputed institute with strong academic background with overall 9 - 13 years of recruitment. (IIMs, XLRI, IMT, & etc)
- Strong experience in core Talent Acquisition across all levels.
- A person should be working in renowned multinationals.
- Preference towards candidates from BFSI industry.
- Excellent Verbal & Written Skills preferred.
