AVP - Talent Acquisition - Branch Banking (7-10 yrs)
Sourcing and Networking:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Proactively reach out to passive candidates and engage them in conversations about potential opportunities.
Screening and Selection:
- Review incoming applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and align with the company's values and culture.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and motivations.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, while evaluating candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on creating effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive job markets, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Use market insights to adjust recruitment strategies and attract the best candidates.
- Generate regular reports and metrics to track recruitment progress and provide insights to stakeholders.
