AVP - Talent Acquisition - BFSI/BPO

Urgently looking for AVP- Talent Acquisition with leading Banking/ITES organisation.

Locations: Gurgaon/ Chennai/ Kolkata

Responsibilities:

- Heading the talent acquisition function nationally.

- Responsible for hiring of front line and leadership positions.

- Looking someone who can help the organisation in setting up of HR process and can also come up with new ideas for Employee Referrals.

- Stakeholder Management is must.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT FROM CANDIDATE

Individual should be open to work in an IC (Individual contributor) role.

MBA is Mandatory for this role.

Experience- 9-12 years

Experience in Finance domain hiring along with working with ITES/BFSI industry would be an added advantage.
