We are hiring for AVP Talent Acquisition for Leading Banking Industry

Job Responsibility :

Sourcing: Responsible for sourcing of profiles through various channels including, but not limited to, job boards, referrals, headhunting, mapping and recruitment consultants.

Screening: Ensure that the candidates sourced are as per the specifications of the role.

Scheduling of meetings: Work closely with specific hiring managers, recruitment partners and candidates to ensure that the interviews are conducted smoothly.

Follow-up: Ensure that candidates selected are constantly engaged with at every stage of the hiring process.

Offer negotiations: Carry out offer discussions with shortlisted candidates as per guidelines of the bank and in a transparent manner
