The person will be involved in National level Sales hiring.
- As National level TA Specialist responsible for the HR Functional managing complete life cycle of employees.
- Responsible for working very closely with Business Leaders to develop the Talent Strategy to meet the current and emerging business needs.
- Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments.
- Executing the entire gamut of tasks in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, short-listing, selection and appointment, etc.
- It is a National Level Execution role.
- National Hiring with focus on mass hiring and big volumes.
- The candidate should have experience of larger territory
- There will be a team reporting
