AVP - Talent Acquisition - BFSI

- 14+ years' experience in non it recruitment delivery (BFSI/BPO/Sales marketing)

- Team size 50-100 (can have minimum 20), delivery numbers 5-6k (current delivery can be 1500/2000 or above)

- Good with driving target monthly, quarterly, yearly

- Number crunching from reports, draw insights and inferences and drive the team to chase target

- Good with managing relationship with multiple leadership level stakeholders

- Diversity & inclusion hiring targets, run campaigns or projects
