Job Description

Key Focus Areas for the role : Reporting into the HR Head

- Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business line

- Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, Leadership hiring, Campus Hiring creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, on boarding and employer branding

- Analyse the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the Quality hiring in time

- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans

- Create, organise, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires

- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools

- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing

The Successful Applicant

Skill sets we are looking for :

- 10 to 15 years of experience in recruitment with focus on Banking and NBFC mid to senior level hiring, Leadership hiring, Campus Hiring.

- Experience in Technology sector is good to have

- The candidate should have well rounded experience in managing TA process with expertise in leadership hiring

- Good stakeholder management
