We are looking for AVP - Talent Acquisition for one of our client which is one of the best known name in the Financial Services Industry globally.

- This role is based in Chennai and will be responsible for driving & managing the Talent Acquisition for their "Operations & Technology" Business Verticals reporting to the TA Head as well as being the custodian for all Talent Acquisition processes and systems for one of the business areas. 

- My client is searching for such senior resource who can drive TA portfolio for technical/project based assignment through maximizing social media outreach, must be good at hr-analytics & can strategize/implement advance practices for driving TA agenda
