Looking for AVP - Talent Acquisition for Banking Captive at Bangalore / Chennai Location

- Responsible for the delivery and meeting SLAs in Resourcing operations

- Working closely with direct reports to ensure all roles are success planned and that there is a robust approach to workload distribution, ensuring healthy workload balances

- Hands on Recruiting Experience. Must be a Recruiting Evangelist

- Proven capability of recruiting & managing senior hires

- Working knowledge of the India Banking Market Landscape

- Strong Data management & Interpretation skills leading to Objective decision making

- Strong influencing and negotiating skills especially with Senior Stakeholders and Candidates

- Strong people management skills

- Leadership skills; to champion and drive adoption of the new model

- Vendor mgmt. skills

- Ensure the operational effectiveness of the process and ensure all the Risk and Compliance agenda are met

- Leads and inspires a team of professionals, ensuring that there is a focus on quality and improvement at all times
