Roles and Responsibilities - - Develop talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies (PAN India). - Managing and overseeing talent acquisition processes and strategies. - Design, plan and execute employer branding activities - Hiring needs analysis, employee hiring forecasting, and manpower Planning. - Design, plan and execute selection processes and manpower plans as per business need. - Design and Implement policies to enhance productivity of employees and retention of key talent. - Implement the L&D strategies based on employees' learning needs. - Design and Implement Performance Management and R&R policies. - Lead Employee Engagement initiatives and surveys. Desired Candidate Profile - At least ten years of post-qualification experience - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships - Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
