Looking out for 3 Strategy Professionals categorically for the Transformation department of a large Insurance Giant, where the specialization is needed in either of one.

Also Insurance domain knowledge is a must for the role.

- To work with and support on the development and strategy, initiatives and programme coordination, execution and closure for Business Transformation as per the goals and targets set by the department head..

- The role requires working across all functions and corporate management teams to drive transformation in the organization, at par with global standards, by implementing and driving key matrices and working to achieve a culture of continuous improvement and maintain competitive edge over competition.

- Research on market trends and work with both internal and external stakeholders and industry experts to come up with standard and framework for capability building and enhancement.

- Benchmarking, process analysis, communication and strategy deployment for performance & operational efficiency matrices for the organization vis-a-vis industry & global standards and as per directions from the department head.

- Independently design, implement, track and monitor business & underline performance matrices via project planning, execution and delivery

- To manage/monitor and report on key matrices/work streams for the business transformation programmes in close liaison with service departments and other stakeholders to ensure service improvement and efficiency savings

- Manage and periodic reporting on the defined and agreed governance structure to highlight and manage accountability and predictability of the outcomes of each transformation initiative.

- Manage report and implement improvement strategies for organization's customer service and experience strategy, standards and matrices aligned to the mission, vision and long term performance improvement.
