AVP - Strategy/Investor Management/Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG/FMCD

The Role :

- We are currently scouting for a seasoned Growth leader who will lead the Business Strategy and Growth initiatives

- Reporting to VP Strategy

- This role will be instrumental in driving the inorganic growth agenda for the company.

- This position will be based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities :

- Drive strategic initiatives for the organization.

- Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.

- Build org effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.

Requirements : 2-7 years in CEO Office/Founder office

Mandatory Top Requirements :

1. Investor relations and strategy

2. MIS reporting and analysis for all cos and their verticals

3. Financial planning and budgeting

4. Previous experience of working with CEO Office

Qualifications - BE/ MBA from Tier 1/2 institute.
