AVP - Strategy &amp; Innovation with a leading Fintech company Experience - 2 - 7 yrs Industry - Fintech / Banking / NBFC Location - Mumbai CTC - Best in the Industry Job Responsibilities: - Help develop, refine and implement overall company strategy in collaboration with Founders - Conduct competition analysis on new and traditional lenders - Identify target sectors for further partnership and work with Credit Team to evaluate risk - Research areas for expansion, acquisition targets and other strategic opportunities -&nbsp; Research and development of innovative Financial Products for SMEs in different industry segments -&nbsp; Perform a detailed study of different sectors as part of strategic growth of the organization - Perform pilot experiments of innovative products to check feasibility - Prepare project plan and implement to ensure smooth process flow -&nbsp; Work with BD, Sales and Marketing teams to help with product rollout - Customer education initiatives - Partnership Marketing plan for new and existing products, etc. - Help train sales/credit representatives on details of new products - Do comprehensive research on new innovations in Indian &amp; Global Lending space - Explore different financial changes like GST, UPI etc and understand the implications of each to our internal &amp; external processes - Suggest innovations relevant to the organization and present the business case - End-to-end implementation of special projects Anshu
