AVP - Strategy - EdTech - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are urgently hiring for the profile of AVP Strategy with a Leading EdTech organization for Mumbai location.

The AVP - Strategy will play a critical role in helping the organization achieve its mission

- He/she will directly work with business leaders and team to ensure product strategy and execution support.

- Looking for highly competent professionals who understand what it takes to ensure quality education and are excited by the idea of spending time at our partner schools.

Responsibilities :

- Develop a robust product strategy and framework | Create and drive strategic product collaborations

- Setup robust internal tracking through identifying the right lead-lag metrics, clear dashboards for decision making and communication

- Develop a structured approach for new products and product improvements based on market/competition/learning objectives

- Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties

- Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team for decision making

- Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business

Requirements :

- 4+ years in strategy, product/project management roles

- Experience in consulting / product strategy preferred

- Experience in cross-functional project management, enabling data for decision making, driving product improvements, competition tracking, acquisition and partnerships will be beneficial

Qualifications :

- BE/ MBA from Tier 1 institute.

- Contributions to the Education industry desirable
