AVP - Strategy/Digital Transformation - Technology Domain (4-5 yrs)

Key Functions :

- Technology Strategy and Roadmap Development

- Drive and participate in the development of Technology strategy and roadmap that aligns with and feeds into the organizations long-term strategy

- Industry and competitive research on key trends, client imperatives and demand landscape, insights development

- Plan and program manage key initiatives such as Technology n, Enterprise Digital

- Transformation and Cyber Defense Strengthening

- Collaborate with sub-function leaders, change management, oversight and reporting on key implementations, create the projects and delivery performance standards, execute strategic initiatives through the development of work plans and associated governance

- Manage and maintain portfolio of functional capabilities and initiatives through frameworks, guidelines and processes

- Build Economic Models, feed into the Financials and Budget planning, develop insightful management dashboards and updates

Industry Research and Thought Leadership :

- Perform competitive benchmarking to identify areas of improvement and/or augmentation in the business and enterprise transformation, technology contemporisation and digitation capabilities

- Drive secondary research, develop thought leadership and conceptual whitepapers, studies on various facets of digital technologies and its applicability in BPM business, impact in the Enterprise and imperatives for a global CIO function

- Actively participate and liaise with leading analysts and industry influencer groups to evangelize and showcase companies business and enterprise transformation capabilities, including industry events, awards RFIs and such Enterprise Digital Transformation Office

- Lead secondary research on Industry Intelligence and advice CIO office on changing client demand landscape, competitive moves, business growth and feed into the enterprise digital technologies architecture and engineering advancements

- Participate in envisioning, planning and execution of Business-centric, Enterprise digitization and Technology Modernization solutions to enhance business growth, enterprise agility, client stickiness and competitive differentiation

- Partner with Business Analysts, Enterprise Function Analysts and Enterprise Architecture and Technology Solutions Delivery teams for business impact estimation and periodic governance

- Partner with Marketing / Frontend team to strengthen the Technology positioning, improve effectiveness of internal and external evangelization of key capabilities

- Capability Pitches, MIS and Reporting

- Prepare periodic updates for Board, Executive and Operating Management on strategic objectives, steering councils and related senior leadership forums on all key strategic initiatives and functional aspects

- Manage and maintain an organization wide portfolio of functional capabilities and initiatives, upkeep of centralized repositories

- Refine and maintain strategic frameworks, guidelines and processes

Primary Internal Interactions :

- Global Technology Infrastructure, Information Security and Enterprise Digital Transformation leaders

- Liaise with Enterprise functions to strengthen Digital Capabilities, e.g. Finance, Marketing, HR, Transitions

- Cross-functional and Business Units coordination, e,g.

- Business Operations : Transformation Initiatives, Change Management

- Marketing : Branding, Packaging and Positioning of Enterprise Digital Capabilities, Technology Solutions, Information Security initiatives and showcase in relevant Industry and Client Events

- HR : Specialized Talent Acquisition and Development programs, improve Talent Engagement

- FP&A : Budget Planning and External Benchmarking, Investment Prudence and Prioritization
