AVP - Strategic/PMO - Financial Services

We at ABC Consultants are looking for AVP Strategic/PMO to be based out of Mumbai for one of our financial services client.

The client wants to look at candidates from Big4 or global consulting firms only.

Job Description :

- Candidate will be responsible for dealing with stakeholders within the sales & distribution function of the organization

- He will be working with and innovation to set strategy and initiatives of business process, digital projects, technology and organizational transformation to drive value optimization, efficiency, effectiveness, cost management, data

- He will be supporting program planning, management or execution of program and efficiently dealing with other business functions, e.g. finance, IT, HR, Strategy, etc.

- He will drive program and project management from CEO's office for initiatives developing strategic plans.

- Understanding of standard project methodologies and change interventions during various phases - project design & initiation, current state analysis, future state design, process design, implementation and project transition/close.

- Good understanding of IT, Finance, Sales and transformations in general.

- Candidate with 12+ Years of relevant consulting experience with at least 6+ Years of independently leading transformation programs with specific focus on change management can be looked at.
