Responsible for Rural Flow bucket Grade - AVP Expertise required/Domain Knowledge: Rural Market Knowledge, Network with the local community and Opinion Leaders. No. of years of relevant experience: - Minimum 12- 15 years experience in financial services in a supervisory role in rural industry in Unsecured product Collection Experience in Self Help Group / Nano Loan Product (Group Loan Deep bucket collection)is preferred - Effective segmentation of the portfolio to maximize recoveries - Monitoring losses within State - Monitoring and driving continuous improvement of metrics of Customer Verification, Payment Processing, Delivery and Billing processes. - Co-ordination among cross functional teams (Sales, Collections, Fraud, Risk) and central teams - Identifying and implementing new solutions to existing processes and to lead team with innovative ideas to bring best out of them - Monitory all collections processes within the state including branch Cash reconciliations Any specific specialization/education: Graduate / Post Graduate Experience: 12 to 15 years
