KRA :

a. People and resource appraisals

b. Salary Planning

c. Talent improvement

d. Capacity Planning (Seat planning in various offices) and infrastructure planning

e. Travel costs optimization

f. Project reports and Dashboards

g. MIS and P& L

h. Risk Analysis and Mitigation

1 Year will be in the third party payroll ( Contract) and then to hire to client payroll
