AVP - Sourcing & Purchase - Coal (10-30 yrs)
AVP Coal (Sourcing and Purchase)
Job Description:
- Liasoning with ( CIL, ECL & MCL), Railways, DDDM office, Port & other external & internal vendors
- Overseen and supervising the entire end to end sourcing, purchase operation
- Managing allotments, rake supply, advance payments
- Ensuring coal quality of ROM coal, washed coal supplied to Power plant and ensuring quality sampling, analysis process adherence to applicable BIS standards at power plant receipt end.
- Exploring Alternate fuel sourcing project like Lignite and E-auction and imported coal.
- Procurement of Imported coal, E-auction coal, Free sale coal, mill rejects and transportation management.
- Tender document preparation, inviting bids, techno-commercial negotiations, contract formulation, prebid and post bid discussions with vendors, for all proceedings with regard to coal procurement from linked source, commercial source, imported source.
