Role : AVP - Solutions ( Travel Vertical)

Location : Mumbai / Pune / Gurgaon / Bangalore

Job Description :

- Work with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to strategize, create and propose best in class solutions that address problem statements / business objectives.

- Provide consultative services for current business challenges and provide industry domain led solutions.

- Liaise with cross functional teams and Subject Matter Experts like operations, quality, finance, technology, transition, Human Resources etc. for the creation and design of solutions for prospective and existing clients

- Ensure that the RFPs/RFIs response clearly articulated, in the best possible manner, Companie's value proposition and credentials to service to client's specific requirements across geos with domain offerings

- Lead the end-to-end RFP/ RFI process for specific deals allocated in the Industry practice.

- Participation in special / strategic projects from time to time

- Strive towards attaining the allocated revenue targets allocated

Education Qualification / Work Experience & Skills:

- BCom / BSc, BE / MBA with overall experience of 10 to 15 years, with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in solutioning specific to the travel domain preferred

- Strategic Thinking and Analytical ability

- Deep understanding of the Travel Domain

- Strong execution orientation and problem solving ability

- Ability to work effectively as part of team

- Experience in a Solutions role required

- Proven client management skills

- Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task

- Ability to understand customer requirements in the travel domain and provide appropriate solution

- Co-ordination and program management skills to interface with various stakeholders

- Excellent written communication skills
