AVP - Solutions - Commercial Banking Domain (10-22 yrs)
Job Description
Solution Architects with deep retail and commercial banking domain experience and experience in building relevant solutions for areas across banking vertical.
Responsibilities
- Responding to RFIs, RFPs
- Building relevant and optimal process solutions for clients / prospects
- Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to build responses for proposals
- Building lucrative commercial models by working with the commercials team
Requirements
- Education: Graduates/Post Graduates with at least 15 years of experience in following areas
Retail Banking
Payments
Lending - Retail & Commercial
Trade Finance
- At least 3 - 4 years in building relevant business process solutions
- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
- Experience in conducting due diligence exercises
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Financial Services SD lead
- End to end pursuit management including proactive/reactive proposal preparation, pricing & commercial modeling, solution presentation to clients and discovery/due diligence
- Building new solutions & related GTM strategy
- Campaign management & Analyst interactions
- Transformation & RPA
- Created large scale business transformation solutions like global cheque processing utility. Presently working on AI based solution in trade management function to predict possible trade fails and improve settlement time period
- Recognized RPA potential early; was among the first in Infosys BPO to get aligned with RPA projects in early 2015
