AVP - Software Development - NBFC

We are looking for a software senior person in our NBFC . The concern precisely shall be looking after the complete assignment and work related to Software management and development. Experience in Dot net.

- Responsible for setting up the Data ware housing for all the old and new applications

- Responsible for IT infrastructure, in-house DC & multi cloud platforms (Oracle, AWS, Azure)

- Representing the IT department to the board

- Responsible for implementing the mobile solutions for Customer service (CRM and Mobile apps for Sales force)

- Implementation of digitalization and remove paper & manual work ( Document Management System & BI tools)

- Integration of Loan Management System with Microsoft AX accounting & DMS

- Rollout of Managed BB services across the branches

- Setting up the PAN India CAS call center setup

- Setting up directory services for the user authentication across all application platforms

- Re-designing and implementation of IT policy

- Vendor selection & Negotiation

- Setting up on premise data center & DR site

- Automation of HR processes & Asset management system

- Setting up IT helpdesk & team building
