Expectations/ Requirements: - Establish brand voice over social media, growth, and affiliate channels - Owner of all communication going out as a brand across all owned and earned platforms - Drive new user acquisition with Growth through banners, pushes, and email campaigns - Improve traded numbers through campaigns and content - Responsible for social media growth numbers and engagement on posts - Provide consumer journey insights to product for new features and product revamps - Plan and execute live events on topical days driving up attendance through influencers - Product marketing for new launches and business changes - UI/UX copy for product screens - Crisis management - Social media CS response management Skills that will help you succeed in this role: - Relevant Social Media marketing experience - Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience. - Ability to think strategically and structurally while solving growth problems - A Problem-Solving mindset and willingness to challenge the established norms analytical, presentation & communication skill.
