Role
Lead the entire integration of the shared services setup
Set and manage Hire to retire performance and strategic direction, while ensuring smooth delivery of day-to-day operations (e.g. Learning Admin, Employee lifecycle, Payroll and Benefits etc)
Ensuring that timely reminders are sent on the Performance review process, managing the cascading of objectives, consolidating performance review data and sharing it with the Corporate HR analysis
Ensure that overall delivery of services to Opcos meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs defined
Leading a team of professionals to ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed KPIs and SLAs
As a successful candidate :
You should have 12+ years f experience in setting up shared services and migrating processes preferably in a manufacturing setup
Should have managed a team of 50+ people
